I bring warmth, curiosity and openness to the counselling relationship. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to be yourself, without fear of judgement. Alongside empathy and understanding, I’m willing to ask thoughtful questions and gently challenge you when it feels helpful, helping you gain deeper insight and move towards the changes you want.

Person-centred counselling offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. Being integrative means I can draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting our work together to best support your unique needs, goals and circumstances.
-
SFBT is a brief model of counselling that is goal focused. We set a goal at the outset and work together, collaboratively to build a solution together-using tools, identifying strengths and resources in your life. Unlike the integrative counselling approach I offer, SFBT is a more targeted approach. Not all needs can be supported by this model of therapy which is why we will have an initial consult to see if this model can help you meet your goal.

Please note: this is not a crisis service.
