Counselling services

Information about counselling services, fees and availability is provided in good faith but may change without notice.

Submitting an enquiry through this website, by email or by telephone does not create a counselling relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after an initial consultation and mutual agreement to work together.

I offer counselling in person, online and by telephone, subject to availability and suitability.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an important part of counselling. If we begin working together, I will explain my confidentiality policy and any legal or ethical limits to confidentiality before counselling begins.

Emergency support

This website is not monitored at all times and should not be used to seek urgent help.

If you are in immediate danger or require emergency assistance, please contact 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 24 (by calling 111 when your GP surgery is closed), or another appropriate crisis support service.
